These earrings feature Frida’s 1940 self- portrait that depicts the pain and suffering in which she endured after over 30 operations to repair her body after a car accident. These earrings are made of a light plastic material and have a resin coating on the front. Frida is approximately 1 and 1/4 inches long and the total length of the earrings is about 2 inches. The earrings are finished with small glass Czech beads and silver plated (nickel-free) hardware and ear wires. Note: The backs of the earrings are an unfinished white plastic.
