Description A purse/wallet made by Sarah Bowles, a local maker from Westgate-on-Sea. Sarah designs and makes a unique range of cork accessories, for people and their pets, working with this versatile, sustainable and eco-friendly fabric. The cork tree bark is harvested, boiled in water, cut into thin layers and then applied to a fabric backing. This is the perfect everyday purse with twelve card slots, two zipped coin pockets, two slip pockets and a central space for items such as keys or a mobile phone. It features a magnetic snap closure. The outer cork material has multi-coloured flecks in it, the white cotton lining fabric features pug dogs. The purse measures 22cm x 12.5cm x 6cm.
