Description A luxurious shawl designed and loom-woven by the Whitstable-based weaver and artist Lola McDowell. Inspired by the colours of the evening sea, this shawl is woven with kid mohair (80%), wool (12%) and nylon (8%) for warmth, comfort and durability. It measures 79cm x 176cm, including the fringing, and can also be used a lap blanket. Care instructions: Wash by hand in cool water, agitate gently. Do not wring ot twist. Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry. Can be pressed with a cool-medium iron if protected by a damp cloth. Lightly brush to fluff up and untangle. Being artisan-made and using natural materials all of Lola's woven scarves and shawls are unique so some small size variations are to be expected, and our measurements are approximate.
