The inspiration for this unique, handmade beaded necklace was provoked by the find of this beautiful vintage Art Deco cabochon from the 1930’s. The cabochon is a brillant ruby red and it is embossed with bronze gold designs on the front. The centerpiece is approximately 30 mm x 25 mm. I beaded around the cabochon with tiny bronze glass seed beads and finished it with a soft suede reddish brown backing. The chain itself is comprised of bronze glass seed beads and 56 ruby red Swarovski crystals. The bronze toned clasp consists of a Victorian hand clasping a ring and a lobster claw style closure. The total length of the necklace is appoximately 17 inches. This necklace would look fantastic with the Bronze Bauble Biconian Beaded earrings which are located in the elegant earrings section.
