Hematite is a mineral from the earth that is a form of iron oxide….it has a grayish-silverish-blackish metallic luster. It was used in ancient Rome to create jewelry and weaponry. The rondelle station beads have a silver toned stripe running down the center. All beads are secured on a thin leather cord and have an adjustable macramed sliding clasp that is made from black waxed cord. Hanging from the corded ends are smaller Hematite glass beads.
