Primitive Colonial Girl in Mustard Dress and Gray Cat Decorative Box

This rectangular decorative box features a folk art painting of a young girl in a mustard yellow dress petting her gray cat with her left hand.  The fabric top lid is framed with a light gray braided twine-like  trim.  The sides of the top are covered with a ribbed metallic gold ribbon.   The inside of the top of the box is lined with a vintage looking brown and cream striped wallpaper on cardstock.   The bottom of the box is lined with an beige/tan felt material.   The outside of the box is painted with a mustard yellow paint and is bordered with a black ribbon trim with a metallic gold stripe going through the center.  The dimensions of this box are 3.5 inches x 2.5 inches x 1.5 inches.   (Please understand that these boxes are NOT perfect.  They may have some stray paint on the inside lid or the ribbon may not be evenly adhered.  The fact that they are handmade makes them unique,  and adds to the vintage/antique vibe.   I hope you enjoy this decorative cardboard box to store your favorite jewelry piece or treasured trinket.  They also make great gifts either on their own, or to put a special gift inside.)
