I originally designed this box for my friend, Kathy who requested to have one of these boxes made for her child. I liked how it turned out so much that I decided to add it to my collection on this website. This square decorative box features a vintage illustration of an open mouth with numbered teeth. I actually added four fake plastic teeth to add some more flair. Two front top incisor teeth and two bottom molars. The fabric top lid is framed with a red sparkly trim. The sides of the top are covered with a sparkly, gold, metallic ribbon. The inside of the top of the box is lined with a ribbed metallic red cardstock. The bottom of the box is lined with a black felt interior. The outside of the box is painted with a cherry red paint and is bordered with a maroon, hot pink, light pink, and mauve tassel trim. The dimensions of this box are 3 inches x 3 inches x 1.5 inches. (Please understand that these boxes are NOT perfect. They may have some stray paint on the inside lid or the ribbon may not be evenly adhered. The fact that they are handmade makes them unique, and adds to the vintage/antique vibe. I hope you enjoy this decorative cardboard box to store your favorite jewelry piece or treasured trinket, and in this case your children’s baby teeth. They also make great gifts either on their own, or to put a special gift inside. This particular box would be great for a friend in the dental industry.)
